A bright sunny morning in Kathmandu. I hope the cold wave is gradually vanishing in the Terai too (or is it getting worse?). We in Nepal are still far from being assured of a stable political future for the country and hence our posterity. We lost major part of our lives in monarchy, which was relatively stable, minimum degree of democracy and a good dozen years in constitutional monarch, in which we practiced democracy imbibed in corruption resulting in wide spread disillusionment. The issue now is how certain are we of establishing a system that is really good for all and definitely better than all the past ones. We are more cynical now than ever before.
